Qualident was founded in 1994 and became one of the largest, if not the largest independent Dental network in the Greater New York Area. Our customer service department is second to none in the discount card business.  It was established so that individuals and groups would be able to access networks of dentists and obtain the same discounts as large groups and insurance companies.

    The dentists in the networks we offer are highly credentialed in accordance with the process outlined in the credential page on this web site.

    In order to provide the greatest access to dentists for our leasing clients we offer both a comprehensive national plan (Careington) and a regional plan (Qualident). We also have the ability to search out networks anywhere in the country for these clients which include insurance companies, tpa's and self insurer
    

    Coast To Coast Vision Plan was formed in 1989 to compete on a national level for discount and managed care vision contracts. Today, hundreds of organizations, representing over 8 million members, are enrolled in Coast To Coast Vision Plan.
