Qualident was founded in 1994 and became one of the largest independent Dental networks in the Greater New York Area. It was established so that individuals and groups would be able to access networks of dentists and obtain the same discounts as large groups and insurance companies.

On May 25, 2011, the network assets of Qualident, Inc were acquired by Coalition America, Inc. (CAI). Coalition America is the first organization to offer out-of-network dental cost containment services to the industry. The addition of Qualident will allow CAI to provide an even greater competitive and more diversified product offering both in-network and out-of –network to both current and new clients.
