In addition to the above our networks have a signed agreement with each Dentist outlining responsibilities under the contract. Credentialing is the very soul of our Networks and we intend on being the leader in our industry in assuring quality plans.

Quality of care is as important as the savings we are able to provide. An important measure of the success of our programs is the level of quality of care provided. Since we also recognize that the conduct of each network dentist serves to either recommend or discredit the entire program, each participating dentist agrees:

To treat all members consistent with the highest professional standards.

To make appointments freely.

To limit their fees in accordance with the plans schedule of charges.

To make no distinction between members and other patients.

To cooperate fully in the investigation of complaints by a member.

To abide by PPO provisions, including accepting assignment of plan benefits.
